My introduction:

Me: I am a new member but an experienced computer user and frequent early adopter, with scars to prove it.
I enjoy forums for tapping the knowledge of other users and sharing mine when its helpful and non-repetitive.

iPad/iSlates Used: I am now buying my first iPad, but I have used an iPhone
since they were released. I now have a 4, waiting for a 5.
Actually, I bought an original iPad for my son one when they were released, and have used it occasionally,
mainly to help him with various issues.
I used Windows Tablets for several years, including a Motion slate.

Other Devices Used: I also use a MacBook Air, again since first released, and now own the current generation.
I'm an operating system agnostic, using (or having used) Windows 7 and OS X Lion devices,
as well as Android and Windows Mobile phones.
I primarily use iPods now but have used a Zune and other devices.

Cell Providers Used: I use both Verizon and AT&T --
I often travel domestically and frequently find one usable and the other not.
I occasionally travel overseas and rely on an unlocked AT&T phone.
I've used a Verizon MiFi or variant for many years and am on a grandfathered 3G unlimited data plan.
Over the years, I've also had T-Mobile and Sprint phones.

I look forward to participating in (probably mainly learning from) the forum.
