I am always looking for information related to everything Apple. My big focus is to make the iPad a full blown business tool. I want to hand them out to my technical staff who has to work OnCall or holidays like today. Any help is greatly appreciated.

You can't do this on an iPad - you need to use a PC and a web browser and go to ipadforums.net and then click on 'User CP' (User Control Panel) where you'll see that option.
