New to ipf looking for info

I'm in Ottawa Ontario. I came across this forum when looking for help getting past Safari's download prohibitions. Could someone point me in the right direction?

What specific download prohibitions do you mean? If you are looking to download anything other than pictures (and those are saved to the Photos app), then I'm afraid there is no luck with Safari. Unless you jail break - and then you can download.

There are many apps that have browsers built into them so you can download "stuff" (or send a file to online storage or e-mail). But, they are usually file-specific. So, again, we'll need to know what you are trying to download.
