When you first opened the app, did you get a login screen? I did and then I had to follow the registration process to get a "Time Warner Cable login," even though I have e-mail and PayExpress accounts through them. Guess I always needed another Time Warner cable account/password.
So, my first recommendation (other than, to be a Time Warner Cable subscriber) is to register for a new account. Because after I did, I had no troubles and am able to access/view all the channels.
