Apple’s partnership with Nike continues today with the sports brand announcing four new Apple Watch bands that will be available on June 1 at Nike’s online and retail stores and also via Apple and resellers a few days afterwards. Nike says that the four colourways are inspired by the Nike Air VaporMax Flyknit “Day to Night” collection, which “celebrates runners whenever they choose to run - at twilight, sunset and everything in between. Each of the colours is inspired by a shade of the sky, from dawn to dusk, and allows runners to - for the first time - make a statement by matching their Apple Watch Nike+ bands to their footwear.”
The Sports Bands cost $49 as standard, and although made for the Apple Watch Nike+, they will fit any Apple Watch model.
This follows on from the launch of the Apple Watch NikeLab on April 27, and also Nike’s Rosche-and-Air-Force-1-branded iPhone 7 cases.
