No sync with google calender anymore

I use exchange to sync my google account with my iPad. It worked fine until yesterday. My calendar doesn't sync anymore and people doesn't receive invites send from my iPad calendar. My girlfriend has the same problem. Contact do not sync either. Mail works fine.

Can anyone tell me what the problem might be?
