non-Apple Camera Connection Kit?

Has anyone used a non-Apple Camera Connection Kit? There are loads on eBay, many of which combine the USB and SD versions, as well as AV output on some versions.

Do they work as well as the official version? I like the idea of only having one adapter to keep track of!

Cheers, seems like a cheap and convenient option so if it works well then I'll have a proper look at them.
