Nothing shows up in my App Store purchased section?

Thanks for the link, Redneck Randy. I've merged the two threads as they were talking about the same subject. There should be redirects to point members in this direction, as I've moved this thread into the general discussion area

I've noticed that the app store purchased list works perfectly on my iPhone,it's just on my iPad that it's not visible.

I'm getting the same problem, I have tried resetting but hasn't made a difference. I will just wait and see if it gets resolved.

I am having the same but a much worst problem whenever i open the app store i only get loading screen.

That's probably not related to this issue. If you have not done so, give the following common fixes a try.

-------------------------------------

When you have problems with an app it's a good idea to clear it from RAM.

Close/Clear the app: With the problem app closed, double tap on the Home button to get the multitask bar. Tap and hold on any icon in the bar until they jiggle, then tap the minus sign on the problem app. This will remove it from RAM and insure a clean start the next time you launch the app.

If that does not work try a restart,

Restart: Hold down the power button until the power off slider appears. Slide it off. When the iPad finishes shutting down, hold down the power button again until the Apple logo appears. Apple recommends you restart the iPad at least once a month.

and then a reset if that does not work.

Reset: Hold down the power and home buttons until the Apple logo appears. The iPad will reboot. This usually takes a bit longer than a restart.

Same here. As a new ipad 3 user I am disillusioned. You would think that someone at Apple would at least address the issue. The apparent total lack of concern regarding the problem is endemic in large organisations. They have your hard earned cash and you can whistle! Certainly dented my confidence in Apple as a whole. Surely it cannot be so difficult to sort and inform users.

Don't let this one incident taint your view. Last week I emailed in a complaint about an app, got my money back within 2 days and the developers app removed. Maybe no one actually bothered to email support? Maybe we just all sat back and expected a miracle. All software has glitches occasionally and as it was only the purchased apps page it didn't really cause much of a problem, the rest of the store was working fine.

About 5 mins ago they all reappeared but it is very erratic. And no, it doesn't taint my view of a wonderful piece of kit, just Apple Store.
Thanks for the input anyway.
Best regards,
Mike
