The first thing I would do is check to see if there is an update for it in the App Store app. If not there may be an update in the pipeline but in the meantime try this.....1) force close the app by four finger swipe up on the screen (or double tap the home button), scroll to the app icon then swipe up on the thumbnail image above. 2) reset the iPad by holding the home and on/off buttons together until the Apple logo appears then allow your iPad to reboot.
If none of the above works then an email to their help desk may be in order.
There is lots of good advice and info on here plus plenty of members all too willing to help with any problems.
Remember, search is your friend.
