This is Alberta. We only have licence plates on the back.
Really? That's strange to me, why?
It's just the way it is here. Quite a few US states and Canadian provinces only require a license plate at the rear of the vehicle. Trucks that pull trailers only need one also, but it's at the front.
I appreciate this is an old thread, but FYI, single, rear-only plates started in Alberta as a cost-savings measure in the early 1990s.
