Outlook Address Book

I'd like to access the outlook address book to add and remove contacts. I've tried the OWA app but the ability to add and remove contacts isn't there. The company I work for needs this feature as this is how users manage their contacts that sync with their phones. Any suggestions?

Hi! Welcome to iPF!

Setting up the Outlook account in Settings - Mail, Contacts, Calendars will add the contacts to the built in Contacts app. There you're able to view and edit them.
