Pay as you go sim

I have an iPad Air 4G. Is there a pay as you go SIM card I can get. I don't want a monthly deal/package etc I simply want to top up as necessary. If there is which has the best coverage for both UK and abroad? Many thanks.

Well, I have an AT&T iPad Air and they have a nice three month/1GB plan that does NOT auto renew. I use that one all the time. Not sure about the other carriers but my AT&T service is always fast and reliable when I need it. So, try an AT&T SIM card if you can get one.
