I understand that personal wifi should be available for the ipad2 but a is there any news if this will be available on the iPad? Is the only option mywi and jailbreak or bluetooth?

Secondly does anyone know where I can find the windows 7 driver fir the iPad Bluetooth?

Yes!!!!

I too very much wish personal hotspot was available on iPad. Hopefully it will come out in future iOS updates.
