Photo frame apps?

Hi I'm a new apple user so not that up on all the apps. I was wondering if anyone could tell me which app is best for adding digital frames to photos. I've tried downloading a few of the free ones but they are all pretty trashy. I'm looking for ones with nice subtle misty type edges and things like that. Can anyone help?

Hi there PG
Most of the post-photo editing apps have this functionality. Two very good all-round apps are Snapseed (often on sale) and photostudio HD.
