Photo's - 30 days?

Is it true that my photo's are automatically deleted after 30 days? They are gone and I can't get them back? WAAAA WAAAA

Only those photos that are in the Photo Stream. You Camera Roll is there until you delete it yourself.

Photo Stream is not meant as a permanent album. It's 'only' purpose is to duplicate across your devices and computers to make sharing photos between them easy.

Choose the Albums tab at the bottom then select the Camera Roll.
