Picture Problem

I loaded some pictures on the ipad and what appeared were white borders with scrambled pictures inside the frames. I added more pictures and now I can't get rid of the white frame scrambled pictures. How can I get all the pictures off the ipad. I can't seem to find a way with iTunes.

Just delete them from the folder that iTunes syncs with.
