Hello, I'm new to the forums.
I am wondering how I can jailbreak with the following:
iPad 2 WiFi, 16GB, iOS 6.1.3
I don't mind if it's tethered, or semi-tethered. I just want a working jailbreak. I am already in DFU mode.
Help appreciated.

I'm afraid that there is no jailbreak for iOS 6.1.3. You'll have to wait for the public release of iOS 7 and the development of an iOS 7 jailbreak.

Apparently, there is an application called redsn0w, link: redsnow.us. I've tried it, but I don't think it supports iPad 2.

The only link you should be getting RedSn0w from is from blog.iphone-dev.org and on iPad/iPhone/Apple Forums as the mods and admins checks that it's legitimate and unaltered/filled. There are many sites that claims to be the legitimate sites but just spread false information.

And 6.1.3 is jailbreakable only for pre-A5 devices, so that's more than likely what you've been hearing about when it comes to 6.1.3 jailbreaks
