Plex vs Streamtome vs AirMediaCenter

Hey guys,

could anyone share their experiences amongst the three media streamers? I do not own a PC/Mac with very high config CPU/RAM etc. but i would like to stream movies (mkv,avi,m4v, etc) and music (mp3s) from my laptop/desktop to my ipad 3. Which one should i download?

Ok, slightly off topic here but I use a NAS drive to stream to any device (including my laptop) which means that I don't have to have my laptop running when I want to watch media on my iPad......it may not be what you want but worth a look http://www.ipadforums.net/network-attached-storage-nas/74006-personal-cloud-storage.html

Try airvideo, you can use this remotely as well
Airvideo converts all files live to apple format before streaming,
