Enjoy itM at UBC I had a Carroll by the window on the fifth floor of the main stacks ( library ) just so I could have a laugh break, or a giggle fest to break the tension when exams were just around the corner! FORGIVE ME, I LOVED AND LAUGHED AT LEAST THREE TIMES A DAY! I know you know this.

It was the contrast between music and video that made me smile, Diane.
Turning off the music would have made it impossible for me to watch. I would have turned my head or closed my eyes when I knew somebody will get hurt. In fact, I had to do it a few times when I was watching the video with music.
Some of the scenes would be funny in a cartoon. I don't want them to happen to anybody in real life.

Hi squib, nice to see you again. That's some video, thanks! I have always visualised Canada with lots of snow, but never such scenes which also highlight the danger of ice...just walking and even riding in a bus. I must say that music made me see those scenes in a comical way, yet I've never laughed at anyone slipping on a banana peel

Thanks guys, nice to be back, if only sporadically! I have never laughed at anyone slipping on a baba a peel either, and am sure I wouldn't laugh. But growing up playing outdoor hockey, or just punching a small hole in the ice and then take a run for it and see who could slide the farthest are some of my favorite winter memories. We'd stay out until dark and our clothes were frozen with ice! It was a stiff walk through the fields and back to the house for supper time! . :/) SO much FUN! Thanks again everyone for your kind comments..

Hi squib......your childhood memories sound like so much fun, more so as it's so different from anything I grew up doing with our difference in weather.
