POSTing pics on Facebook please help???

Hello anyone:] so I got the HD uploader and the FB app and I can absolutely upload and tag describe and all that but it doesn't post to my profile?? And when I go to Facebook through Safari I don't see the photo I just uploaded with the app!? grr. 0.o....can you help please??:]
