Problem with Podcasts

Hi I discovered a bunch of free podcasts by myhorse.com at the itunes store and when i try and download them it confirms my info and then after about 3 minutes a message pops up telling me the podcast cannot be viewed on my ipad. Why would it say that and how can I fix it?

I get the same, and when using safari on the ipad, where the video should be it says

You are missing some Flash content that should appear here! Perhaps your browser cannot display it, or maybe it did not initialize correctly.

At a guess then, the videos are in flash format, dunno if it is possible to make flash videos available in itunes, but that is the only thing I can think of
