Hi Lesstat--sometimes that happens to me when trying to view pictures on Facebook or other apps, including the IPF App.

I usually just close out the app and then re-open it to see if the picture will load after that.

To close app, simply use a 4-finger swipe upward to show your multi-task bar. Once there, them long press your Facebook app until it shakes. Press the red "x" to close out. You may want to do this to all the apps that are open to free up your iPad RAM.

Than re-try.

Hope that helps!

Does it happen to other applications when you try to view a photo? Maybe on twitter, tumblir or any app that has picture viewing? Have you tried another app that is similar to Facebook to see if you could view those pics that way? Hard to say if it is software here, we need a little more info to go by.
