Program to overcome the Flash lack of Flash

There is a nice Free program called TED on the iPAD. Showing these excellent lectures. Problem was that you could watch it on a PC with translation, but not on the iPAD, since the translation was in Flash.
Today a new program was introduced "TED +Subtitles" . So now you can get it with no need for flash.
Good example, and hope others will follow.
