Quickoffice pro hd- doesnt show whole document only first and last page,why?

hi all,
i have bought Quickoffice pro hd for my ipad2. After instalation and link my Dropbox and Google Docs acc. with it, i found out it doesnt show whole document, only the first page and the last and one empty. all documents are made in word and are not too big, 8-10 pages and up to 300KB.
what is going on? did i just waste my money?
