Re-download Safari

I accidentally removed Safari from my iPad 2 and I can't seem to retrieve it. Is there any anyway to re-download Safari for the iPad?

I'd be much obliged.

That's not possible. Have a look in your folders. You have likely moved it into one of them.

Of course it's possible. You delete it like any other app.

Check this image, as Kevin said, this restriction is the most likely cause of your problems.......

Yeah, that's it, alright. Now, I have another problem: password. I think I blame someone else that did this and I'm positive that he/she won't cooperate.

In other words, is there any other way to de-active the restrictions without knowing its password?

Maybe a restore but no other way that I know of, otherwise it would be a bit pointless having a password.

Um...no? You can't delete stock apps. Try going all the way to the left and searching. Does it come up that way?

Problem is, I didn't set up this restriction, someone else did. And I'm sure that that someone won't share the password. Also, restore requires the restriction's password, so I'm actually stuck.

There are a couple of other threads about forgotten restriction codes, with some solutions, do a search I'm sure you'll find them.

No you are not stuck.Switch it off,then while pressing and holding the home button,connect it to your pc.It should go into recovery mode and then you can do a restore through itunes
