If you have a wifi model and regret that it does not include a full GPS system, there may be hope for you. If you tether the iPad 2 to an iPhone, it will allow you to use the GPS function from the iPhone GPS unit.
:-/ lol. J/k. It can be an iPhone or any gps enabled phone. As I do not own an iPhone but do have a win mo phone gps enabled and it works just the same. This works for wifi iPad 1 or 2.
