Registering an IPad onto a PC

My iPad was registered to a PC that crashed and had to be repaired and everything was wiped. How do I now register my IPad onto the same PC that keeps saying my IPad is registered to a different computer?
Many thank for any advice.

Just press Forums and then it's within Apple IPad Discussions. This thread is already there.
