Really very new to this, so please bear with me. 5 day-old iPad2 16 gb. When touching either the itunes app or the Safari app on the home page both immediately open the "iTunes Store Terms and Conditions page". Is this the way it should be? If not how do I correct it? And/or how do I get to the Safari or iTunes home page from there. Doesn't seem right to me and not like all of the others.
And while I'm at: What is the proper/best/only way to return to a previous page when using app for example? I find no back arrows and sliding fingers sideways or up and down doesn't do it. Just moves a bit and bounces back. Is the only alternative touching the "home" button and starting over? Thanks!
