save attached jpg in a message

How do you save an attached photo (JPG) that come in an email? Reading the help it says to tap the image and then tap Save. All I get when I tap the image is the Copy option.

Open 'Settings'. Touch "Picture Frame'. Select by Touch 'All Photos'. Now 'Save Image' also will appear along with 'Copy'.
