Scratch on my screen

Hi, I have a 2nd gen ipad and i have a scratch on my screen. It is not to deep but it causes the light from the screen to scatter into a "rainbow" of colors. What should I do to remove or cover up this mark? Thanks

Either replace the screen or try a zagg invisible shield ... They hide scratches really good
