Search for filenames - support seeked for

Hello

I have a NAS which contains many many many PDF files.
On the IPAD I have several Apps which can access and read those files.
Apps like GoodReader, Readdledocs, Filebrowser etc.

None of those apps however have a facility to search for files - by filename or part of filename.

I have searched the internet, and the one closest is mobilecho, but that needs a very costly (windows) server version as well. Too expensive and not useable for my NAS.

Does anyone know of a PDF -viewer which has general WIFI support AND the possibility to search on filename ?
