Security Concerns

We are considering releasing iPads in our corporate environment. Accessing Mail, calendars, and contacts has been available form mobile devises in the past but we are now considering the access to our Citrix network also. I know there is a passcode for the device, Exchange ActiveSync passcodes are supported, and I have Citrix authentication, and I can setup a remote wipe if the device is lost. What other security issues need to be addressed? Or what other issues has this forum experienced?
