I ordered my iPad2 (not engraved) on April 15th. Got a confirmation saying it would ship on May 5th. Then got an e-mail saying it had shipped on April 30; however according to UPS online tracking it's been in Chengdu China on April 30, 5/01 and 5/03 -- doesn't appear to be moving. Anybody else experience something like this? How long should I expect it to sit before it leaves China - I'm assuming it's waiting to clear customs or something.

Mine shipped April 30th, got it yesterday. Missed the UPS guy, so I had to go pick it up, worth the drive. In all the iPademonium I forgot to post I got mine. Can't put it down! I love it!

Been a rollercoaster of a day, got the shipment email and checked tracking. Estimated delivery of 6th of May - result!

Checked later on 10th of may

Just checked again and it's now the 14th, what's going on?!?!

who's your shipper? mine's ups and my page doesn't list a delivery date. The apple e-mail I received said the delivery date was supposed to be 5/3/11.

I got my shipment notification may 3 that it was one it's way.. It said it would be here may 6th now it says 9th. Its in chek lep something china. I want it now!

Just recieved and email that said ipad shipped!!! That is 4 days earlier then the quoted ship date, good news. Now lets hope he does not get delayed somewhere during shipment.

They just updated my tracking profile. Out for Delivery, YEA!!!!

Guess what the wife just handed me!! Original Apple email said by 10:30am on 5/5/2011 and it arrived at 10:00am.
