Here is what I have.
I was given an IPad as a promotion from a business vendor.
It was shipped from Canada. When I opened it, it came with a sim card from Rogers Telecom, the canadian carrier. I am in Pennsylvania USA . Can I install a sim card from AT&T or what should I do?
When I turn it on, I get a " no Sim Card" message and cannot continue.

Thanks for your help.

That Is Odd...did you buy

Your iPad in Pennsylvania or Canada? I think Rogers is the carrier for 3G service in Canada. In the USA, we only have AT&T.

Canada: Rogers, Bell, Telus, SaskTel.
USA: AT&T only.

That additional info helped

You can get a sim card from AT&T and install it in your iPad. There might be a fee. There is a little clip that came with the iPad to help you install the sim card. I would also keep the Rogers sim card as it may come in handy when you, if you should travel to Canada.

Congratulations on getting an iPad.
