Hi, I've successfully upgraded to ios6, on my ipad2, but can't find Siri, as promised by Apple. Has anyone else been able to use Siri on Ipad2?

Siri was only announced for the iPad 3. The iPad 2 lacks the necessary hardware to incorporate Siri.

Same here, even on my New iPad seems tht 'Siri' can't be available??anyone care to help or share???....

If you have an iPad 3, and have updated to iOS 6, then Siri is available to you. Go to Settings>General>Siri to turn it on.

Siri was only announced for the iPad 3. The iPad 2 lacks the necessary hardware to incorporate Siri.

Who knows? Cause really, only Apple knows what is inside the iPad2 or iPad3 WRT Siri. All we know is that, with the iOS 6 upgrade, Siri only appears on the iPad3, not the iPad2.

The reason Siri is available on the iPad 3 is because of the dictation feature it had when first introduced. This feature meant that it had whatever was required to activate Siri upon upgrading to iOS 6.
