It's funny how every visitor to Edmonton just has to visit West Ed, while the locals hate the place. I think the last time I was there I was also at the cinema. The IMAX makes it worth it.

Yeah, they do have a lot of floor space to get lost in. & theatre bragging rights at Thee Mall, although I not only can't stand it, we have personal reasons too.

Anyone who caught the Olympic opening ceremonies, saw Mr. Bond escort the Queen to helicopter for her flight to the opener.
hahaha, we saw Mr. Bean too...

My buddies brother drown at the lagoon, there after a night of partying on Bourbon St... so we don't go there, even for frivolous shopping sprees, just the odd movie.
May even take in a matinee...and brunch.
