Slingbox app help

Have a Slingbox pro I download the Slingbox app for my iPad 3 $15.93 From the app store When I try to use it I get Slingbox app is Incompatible with your Slingbox pro. My Slingbox Pro software is up to Date. Cannot find any solutions on the Slingbox web site.

It will work only on selected slingbox receivers. I do not remember for sure which ones but they are listed on the slingbox web site.

Slingbox Solo and Slingbox HD only. Does not appear to function with the Slingbox Pro. Makes the Pro valueless if one cannot see it on his iDevice as that is the main purpose, to me, for having the Slingbox to begin with.
