Slow to respond

I've removed almost everything for my OLD iPad 2 16gb but it still takes forever to load anything. I only use to look over the internet occasionally. Could it be a battery issue or just a old issue.

You could try restoring the iPad via iTunes and reloading the Apps you really need. That speededup things up on my spare iPad.
