Snip it app for IPad

This would seem something pretty simple, and needed, but I can't seem to find it (I can be technically challenged so perhaps that's my problem). Anyway, I want to be able to go into any written media like a emag (in particular, I write a blog where I get ideas from current magazines and I'd love to do away with paper mags and go to emags) or ebook and snip and copy to evernote or one note either a picture, graphic, or part of text. The snipping tool that is ever present on the Windows program is perfect. I just can't find it in an ipad app. Any suggestions?
