I have seen some of the search results that indicate a different ip address for DNS. None of these changes helped my YouTube speed.
I wanted to see if there are any other ideas to try,...
Is there a 3rd party YouTube browser I can use?
On my android tablet I as able to change the YouTube video resolution, and that would help, but cant seem to do this on the iPad for some reason.
