Two options:
1. Freq. each, daily, weekly, monthly.
1. Max total for period - $123.45, setable to any value.

Sort of exists, though it needs a separate account for the child, so your credit card is not (directly) associated with it. Monthly only, and $10 to $50. It's more or less an automatic gift card.

About iTunes Store Allowance

1. Wish list in the App Store, only exists in iTunes on the computer
2. Better review submitting system, the current one is blah IMO.
3. Faster Game Center, squash some crash bugs in it
4. Revamp the Mail app UI, fox a bug I noticed where the screen orientation is frozen (and yes, the side switch was off)
5. The ability to have "nesting folders" (folder in a folder, "sub folders")
6. Your idea here...
