Ok, so here is what I have done.

Google.com->Sign In->Create a new account

Now going back to Cydia, searching for Springtomize, select install. It will ask you to create a new account, choose your Google account, than for the payment use the Amazon account.

Cydia needs two accounts:
-Google account, to which all apps are linked
-Amazon account for payments

Now going back to Cydia, searching for Springtomize, select install. It will ask you to create a new account, choose your Google account, than for the payment use the Amazon account.
