Once you installed Springtomize, you don't need Cydia any further.

Now that is speaking Marie. And I went there and there is no Springtomize thingy.

If you are already passed that page, than you are good.

Just minimize Cydia and open Settings app to configure Springtomize

You should restart your iPad now! Just keep the power button pressed until it asks to slide off.

Ok, just reboot the iPad and afterwards go to the Settings app.
