Search NoLockScreen in Cydia Marie. It will also install an on/off toggle for it in SBSettings to you can easily switch it on or off depending on your mood...

* I was checking out the themes in some section, and the few I clicked on told me they were for the iPhone only. And is there a way to review before you buy?

1. Packages- every theme, hack tweak, whatever in Cydia. A package has the app, and all it's add ons and other stuff that comes with it.
2. No reviewing, unless the developer has reviews on their website. So no reviews in Cydia.
