Hey guys ~

I have some questions. What does Change Package Settings mean? Also, down below there are tabs, like Sections, Changes. What is the list in that section?

And the keyboards ~ there are oodles of them! I want a really cool one. Does it take the place of this one or add to it?

Change package setting ~ be notified of any changes if you don't already have it installed.

I have this switched on for yourtubeHD so it will show up as a normal cydia update when/if it gets updated to 4.3.x since I don't have it currently installed.

Changes ~ merely shows all the apps that have been updated sorted by date. If you have any of these installed then they will be at the top of the list notifying you that app you have installed has pending updates.

As far as keyboards ~ just make sure they say iOS4 and/or iPad compatible....

Oh I am so glad you answered! I was just reading on another thread and you said something about SB Settings. I know I have that as Leigh was sure about that ~ I have a point. But I totally forgot what it was, damit!

People are distracting me.

About the Package Change thingy, DO I have that installed?

It's part of cydia so yes you have it installed. This option appears for every app that you DON'T have installed. Just tap "change package settings" and it will show you. You can turn it on/off per desired app.

Sweet Poison, congrats on the jail break, i have myself seen an iphone4 jailbreak, belongs to a colleague at work and it looks great. I looked at jb tutorials in youtube but been too scared to jb my iphone 3g. The options and possibilities are more with jb.

Regarding your pictures, glad you found them, the giraffe pictures is excellent and the gorilla looks grumpy

Okay ~ in the Section section, lol, why are some of the listings in blue?

They are commercial packages meaning paid apps..

All user installed paid apps/tweaks are highlighted in blue, all preinstalled apps have a black font.
