sync ipad to windows 7

hi! i'm using and ipad2 and using a windows 7 64bit. i did sync my iphone3gs using my itunes in my windows laptop. unfortunately, all the applications installed in my windows itunes did not sync in my ipad2. btw, my ipad is ios ver 5.0.. is it possible that i can sync all my applications in my itunes to my ipad2?
can someone help me out ? i need to have my applications sync in my ipad2..
