Sync over Wifi + remote access via VPN

My needs:
1) I want to sync folders from my PC to my iPad via Wifi (contain office docs)
I can do this with Docs to Go or Goodreader
2) I need to have remote access to a server via VPN (also contains office docs, but i don´t need them local on my iPad, only read or downloadable)
I can do this with FileBrowser (+ VPN AnyConnect)


I need a App that can do both

Any ideas?
