My brother is coming home from college on Wednesday. It'll just be the four of us this year, but it will be nice. My mom will be cooking and she cooks wonderfully.

We Brits don't celebrate Thanksgiving obviously but we do try and have a turkey or chicken to celebrate your thanksgiving. Why not? Any excuse!

We don't have Thanksgiving either. But it's my eldest daughters Birthday, so we do celebrate on this day!

We don't have Thanksgiving here in the UK. Perhaps our equivalent is Harvest Sunday which was back in Early October.

I've had a salary increase and an unexpected insurance payment! It should help towards my very large vet bill!

Am I a post whore, hmmm! I'm not running up posts just to get more because that would be wasting my time and yours! I'm just very friendly and like talking to people with similar interests all linked to my iPad. It's so cool to talk to people all over the world by the way!

I won on the Health lottery. First time I'd done it with 2 lucky dips. 3 #'s matched. I expect £10, but it was £50. That made my day. Yes, bought 5more lucky dips from the winnings. So fingers X'd.
