This isn't really the place where you should be reporting your problem, but I recognize that you are new and it can be daunting at times. When an app plays up it is best to close it completely, from the home screen do the four finger swipe up or double press the home button to reveal your multi task bar. These are all the apps that you have opened at one time. Long press the app until it jiggles and a red minus sign will appear above it. Press the minus sign, this will close the app, not delete it. It's also a good idea to close all these apps, as it helps the iPad run smoothly. Try it again and see if it's working now.

Got my iphone 4s today, been waiting for this day for months. Its fantastic, and the retina screen makes my ipad screen look old tech. Please dont laugh at the towel i laid down for protection lol also got case and screen protector and i applied then asap they were out the box, before even switching on the phone infact
