I have no idea what the average time is, but it doesn't really matter. Some people post a lot. The most active members shot through 300 posts to Enthusiast in the first few weeks. Other's only post a few times a year, have been here for years, and not made Enthusiast.

If you are enjoying the forum then you are posting exactly the right amount.

Most of us don't pay much attention to the titles. Well, except the very first one; because sometimes you want to adjust your answers to those who have not been on the forum long enough to know the community and rules.

Anyway, I suppose an Admin might be able to coax some kind of statistic out of the forum's history, but I suspect they won't. It would only encourage the idea that title are a competition. Posting for the sake of posting isn't something any of us wan't to encourage.

That being said, I know how a numbers question can eat at you. If I really wanted some kind of measure I would start recording the Join Date and post count of active members. A little work in a spreadsheet would give you some sort of number. Best to consider it a just for fun thing though. There would be too many unknowns to draw any serious conclusions.

I always find my own jobs round the house and garden seem to take forever to finish , always start with good intentions and full of motivation until either something distracts you or often enough just running out of money to finish the job which is highly infuriating , you wouldn't believe the number if things I have to still do .

Doing work for other people means I have to finish it , but then it's easier because they're paying for the materials etc to see the job through , I must admit it was only supposed to be a one day job tidying up the ladies garden , but after showing her a 3d rendering (using ipad ) , she quickly decided that we should go ahead and strip the entire garden and do what you see in the photos . One day turns into three and she quickly had the design we showed her finished .

A lot of shoveling and digging with spades etc because no machinery could get behind the house , and plenty of trips to the local skip .
I'm happy with it , the owner is very happy and surprised at the quickness of completion .

Hopefully more work will come as a result

Oh yes , always the same car , stripped and redesigned every year .
The front doors will open differently again for the next show and so will the boot . All sorts of trick stuff on the way .
Trying to fit 30 mini tv screens will be interesting
